There is no one-size-fit-all approach to learning music. Below are the most common approaches used in our studio depending on your goals, and if any, your existing skills.
Structured Approach
“Tip of The Iceberg”
Suitable for those who prefer a traditional approach. Work through a set of books and levels assigned by your teacher.
Balanced Approach
“The Iceberg”
Suitable for complete beginners. Expect some elements of a Structured Approach (especially at the beginning), combined with opportunities to explore skills and music of your own choice at an early stage.
Free-Choice
“Under The Iceberg”
Suitable for players with experience. Explore skills, music, and styles of your own choice, with guidance from your teacher.

40 hours a day!
We're kidding! We get it, adult-life is busy. We (your teachers) are adults too.
At a bare minimum, allocate 30 minutes each week to attend your lesson.
And if you can, 5 minutes a day at home to play and practice.
To maximise progress and enjoyment, aim to play frequently in short durations. Try and set a routine e.g. play a little when you get home from work/study.
